It was never easy to deal with the pain of a break-up, especially so close to Valentine's Day. But (y/n) was experiencing just that, their heart shattered by their ex (boyfriend/girlfriend). They lay on their bed, staring up at the plain ceiling blankly. Well, looks like Sweethearts Day just became Singles Awareness Day, once again.
If only they could work up the courage to tell a special someone how they really felt about them...
Sighing softly, (y/n) decided to turn on the radio, to drown out the otherwise deafening silence. Maybe some music would lift their gloomy mood. At least, that's what they hoped would happen. Switching on the dial, (y/n) wasn't surprised to hear the DJ announcing that a special request was about to be played for a special someone. They sighed deeply, frowning and shaking their head. Yet another reminder that they had no "special someone" to spend February 14th with them...
(Y/n) was surprised, however, when the DJ spoke their name as the "special someone".
"And now, ladies and gents, here's a special request for (F/n), from a special someone who wishes to remain anonymous. Now, I'm just the messenger, but I think (y/n) might just have a secret admirer. So from your special someone, here's..."

"She seems to be suffering from amnesia." The doctor said. Jake sat on the other side of the desk. He glanced over at Dirk, who sat on the floor leaned against the wall. Dirk had his triangle shades on the ground next to him and he only looked out the window of the office, his eyes the portrait of an empty shell.
"It's the most peculiar thing though." The doctor continued.
"She forgets everything from before the accident which isn't as weird, but the fact that she can't seem to remember anything about your friend there is really interesting." The doctor motioned towards Dirk.
