Okay, I know I wrote a journal entry last year about seeing a raccoon in my house, but tonight I just got a MAJOR surprise OwO

There were two...not one, but TWO...little raccoons in the house tonight, right by the laundry room!

How I discovered them went like this: I was heading out to the den (aka the rec room owo) to get onto the computer, and I heard some noises coming from the laundry room. I figured at first it was probably the raccoon I "met" out there last year, when it scared the living daylights out of me (), and since there was a barricade blocking its entry hole, I thought nothing of it.

Well, the noises became more persistent, and curiosity began to get the better of me, so I went to get a flashlight and see what was causing the commotion. After retrieving a flashlight from my brother's room, I headed back out to see what was there. Imagine my surprise when I saw two little raccoons perched on an old chair by the laundry room door!

Now, unlike last time, when the LAST thing I expected to see was a raccoon, I didn't freak out at the sight of them...because they looked just too absolutely, positively adorable~!

I badly wanted to take a picture of them, but at the same time, I really didn't want to startle them into running throughout the house, so instead I just left them be. After all, I think they were just trying to sleep. :3
